Visual artist, Joëlle Isnardon was born in Paris where she lives and works.
She started exhibiting her work in 1999, and has since participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in different cities in France, Switzerland and Italy, as well as in London and Brussels.
Paris, women and femininity inspire her creations which are expressed in the form of scultpures, bas-reliefs or installations, using multiple materials from glass to paper, including painting, photography, metal and other recovered materials.
Passionate about theater, in 2016 she created the Compagnie Faire-Plaît, which produces the plays she writes in various Parisian theaters. She also collaborates on musical projects.
It is always the Woman who inspires her Collages work, from which emerges a woman of the future, conqueror of feminist advances, fighter of everyday life but who is not immune to the obsessions of her time.
